MIPRO Germany Assists PERFORMANCE Fair in Paderborn

On 3rd and 4th, September, 2018, the 12th edition of the largest German artists’ fair for street theater and culture in public space took place in Paderborn.

“The Performance Paderborn was even more successful in 2018 than last year and was able to underpin its status as Europe’s largest market for street theater and open-air art!” stated by Stefan Hermanns, Culture Dept. of the City Paderborn. “We have received a very positive response from the press and both the performers and trade visitors have given us very positive feedback.” In cooperation with Musikhaus Musik Aktiv Schallenberg, MIPRO Germany has equipped 6 spots with wireless PA system this year.

Three spots were each equipped with two MA-P10D loudspeakers and ACT-747B wireless systems, two spots with our MA-708 and another spot with our MA-808, each with the associated passive speakers and hand / pocket transmitters.

The presenter of the event, Julia Ures, had a portable MA-708 wireless PA and was therefore not bound to any location but always had her loudspeaker in all locations. Each MA-708 / MA-808 system had two MRM-70B / MRM-70W wireless receivers installed. MRM-70B is a true diversity receiver module of 24 MHz bandwidth and MRM-70W is a true diversity receiver module of 72 MHz bandwidth.

Heinz Auge, Business Development Manager of MIPRO Germany, said, “It’s our biggest Fair sponsoring in Germany. More than 60 artists and groups were able to convince themselves of our products in the historic baroque garden of Schloss Neuhaus, Paderborn.”

“Another highlight this year was the cooperation with MIPRO,” said Stefan Hermanns. “MIPRO systems were in use on six permanent stages as well as various variable stage spots on the entire site and were able to convince by their sound and their variability as well as their robustness.”
